  HR - Senior Recruiter (4 months)
Newly created project requires an experienced recruiter, preferably within the healthcare, nursing or medical industries. Working closely with the Project Team and HR manager, provide support and recommendations around the recruitment and selection of a team of Regulated Health Professionals. The Recruiter will: 1) Scan resumes for candidates from a variety of sources including agency careers email database, social media, job fair, resume databases (Workopolis, OASW and RNAO). 2) Match applicants’ skills and qualifications to job requirements and provide a short list of candidates for interview. 3) Work closely with Project Manager, subject matter expert (SME) and CMHA hiring managers to schedule and hold interviews. 4) Work with SME and HR manager to create interview guides for the program. 5) Keep team updated on hiring and make recommendations through the process on improvement in practices to ensure the quick hire of team. 6) Inform HR team to check references for candidates after interviews. 7) Maintain records of applicants and rationale for follow up or lack thereof.

Our Brampton client is seeking a candidate to join their HR Team in an administrative support role for a 5+ month temporary assignment. Post-secondary Human Resources diploma and at least 1 year of HR related experience; Advanced MS Word/Excel/Outlook and HRIS system exposure. Assist with recruitment, job fairs, coordinate interviews, candidate follow up with candidates, conduct references, prepare HR files for new hires; date entry for new hires into HRIS system and benefit system. Support HR team with planning and coordination of onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires. Support HR manager with co-ordination of training sessions.
