Our Brampton client is seeking a Program Assistant with at least 3 years of experience to provide administrative support to the management team. Responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for clients and community partners; general administration and information management; maintaining client records; handling filing and correspondence; attending morning meetings; taking and distributing minutes; ordering and tracking of office supplies. Qualifications: Post-secondary diploma in Office Administration and at least 3 years of related medical office administration experience. Strong proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office.
