  Accounting Assistant (2 months +)
Our Brampton client urgently seeking a candidate to assist corporate controller with account reconciliations, contract documentations verification including signed POS/contracts, Form 1000, insurance certificates, health & safety, etc. Opening and distribution of mails/invoices thru fax or email. Invoice verification for mathematical accuracy and confirmation for authorization before processing in JONAS. Calling payees for cheques and require necessary documentation (WSIB, Insurance, Statutory Declaration). Preparation of debit memos, Excel schedule preparations, Filing and other clerical tasks. Basic Accounting knowledge is a must and previous experience in Accounting is an added point as well as literacy in excel.

  Construction Project Superintendent (Toronto)
PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT • Seeking an experienced Project Superintendent (5+ years experience) to oversee a 3 year phased renovation project involving renovations to portion of the existing 5 level facility including extensive upgrade to the existing exterior façade. The proposed work to the exterior will include remove and reinstall of a new brick veneer and air barrier, new windows and cement panel installation. • The candidate should be experience in working in phased hospital environments such that they could handle multiple (up to 3) areas of renovation taking place simultaneously. The existing facility will be occupied and in use throughout the entire project with the exception of the isolated areas that would be under phased renovation. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Working with a multi-disciplined team including Site Superintendents and Project Managers, this position will also include the supervision of all on-site construction activity and documentation while enforcing all customer contracts, legislated Health, Safety and Environmental policies and regulations.   Junior Project Coordinator (Brampton)
Junior Project Coordinator The incumbent in the position of Project Manager will be responsible for providing support to Project Manager(s) and will include but are not limited to the following duties: •Assist Project Manager(s) in organizing project documents; •Procurement of shop drawings submitted and reviewed by consultants including organizing and filing. •Manage change order pricing and scheduling. •Manage and organize all information coming from Architect. CCO, Site Instructions, etc.; •Conduct outbound calls to contact subcontractors to request the submission of shop drawings and quotations; •Organize O&M Manuals, warranties, as-builds, shop drawings, and submit to Architect & Consultants until project completion; •Prepare transmittals and project courier parcels to be forwarded to Architect or subcontractors, on a regular basis; •Forward information received from architects to the site superintendents, either by fax or by email; •Maintain tracking system of all drawings and copy documentation sent to subcontractors; •Prepare prequalification packages and tender closings. May be required to apply for prequalification for projects and/or attending tender closings; •Provide other administrative office related tasks as assigned. Job Requirements : •Must have excellent communication and follow-up skills. •Previous customer service and administrative experience an asset. •The candidate should be a graduate from a Construction Administration/ Management or Architectural Technology program •Must have proficiency with Jonas, AutoCAD, Primavera and/or MS Scheduling
