Process all supplier invoices, supplier liaison and account reconciliation, monthly reporting and account analysis, bi-weekly payroll administration up to 180 hourly and salaried employees, government remittances and related reporting, Employee queries pertaining to payroll and benefits administration. Must have strong computer skills including MS Word and Excel, fast and accurate data entry skills, initiative and ability to interact with Senior Management.   Administrative Assistant - Non Profit Industry
 
Our Brampton client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their rapidly growing team. Responsibilities include the setting up of training schedules; creating training calendars for new staff; creating outlook calendars and populating with training dates for new staff; setting up work stations; co-ordinating meetings, taking and distributing minutes; filing and ordering supplies. Qualifications: some admin experience, strong MS Office skills, particularly Outlook (calendar management) and Excel; outgoing personality with lots of initiative and ability to work independently.
